LiveGood Fundraiser Calculator: Estimate First-Order & Recurring Fundraising Income
How much could your school, sports team, church, nonprofit, booster club or community organization potentially raise with LiveGood Fundraising?
Our LiveGood Fundraiser Calculator helps you explore different fundraising scenarios based on the size of your supporter community, average order value, and estimated repeat purchases.
Instead of guessing what a campaign might look like, you can adjust the numbers yourself and see an illustrative estimate instantly.
LiveGood Fundraising differs from many traditional product fundraisers because an organization may earn from the initial purchase and from qualifying future purchases, creating the possibility of ongoing fundraising rather than relying entirely on one short campaign.
Important: Calculator results are estimates for illustration and planning purposes only. They are not guaranteed earnings. Actual results depend on participation, purchases, repeat purchases and the current LiveGood Fundraising compensation terms.

They are not a guarantee of income — actual earnings depend on your organization’s supporters, order habits, and reorder rates, and will vary.
How Does the LiveGood Fundraiser Calculator Work?
The calculator separates potential fundraising into two main parts.
1. Initial Orders
When supporters make qualifying first-time purchases through an organization’s fundraising link, the organization may earn 20% on qualifying initial product orders.
For example, imagine:
50 supporters × $55 average first order = $2,750 in orders
At an illustrative 20% rate:
$2,750 × 20% = $550
That would represent the initial-order portion of the example.
Actual qualifying transactions and commissions remain subject to the current LiveGood Fundraising program rules.
2. Repeat Orders and Recurring Fundraising
This is where the LiveGood model differs from many traditional fundraisers.
With a candy sale, bake sale or one-time product campaign, the fundraising income normally stops when the campaign finishes.
With LiveGood Fundraising, qualifying future purchases from previously referred supporters may continue generating fundraising commissions.
Current publicly available LiveGood Fundraising information describes recurring commissions of 5% to 10%, or up to 10%, depending on the applicable program terms.
This means supporters who continue purchasing products can potentially continue supporting the organization without requiring a completely new fundraiser every time.
Why Recurring Fundraising Can Matter

Traditional fundraising commonly follows this cycle:
Launch → Sell → Collect → Deliver → Finish → Start Again
Recurring fundraising can potentially create a different cycle:
Introduce → Supporter Orders → Supporter Reorders → Organization Continues Earning
That does not mean recurring income is guaranteed.
Some supporters may never reorder. Others may reorder occasionally, while some may become regular customers.
That is why the calculator allows you to adjust the expected percentage of supporters who reorder rather than assuming every supporter will continue purchasing.
Example: 50 Supporters
Imagine your organization has 50 supporters.
If each places an average first order of $55, total initial sales would be:
50 × $55 = $2,750
At an illustrative 20% initial-order commission:
$550
Now imagine 35% of those supporters continue ordering.
That equals approximately:
17–18 recurring customers
If their average future order were $45, those repeat purchases could generate additional fundraising commissions according to the current program rate.
The calculator lets you change every assumption.
Try:
25 supporters
Then:
100 supporters
Then:
250 supporters
This helps a PTA, coach, nonprofit leader or fundraising committee understand how supporter participation can affect potential results.
What Makes LiveGood Fundraising Different?
LiveGood Fundraising is designed around wellness products and online ordering rather than having organizations store and distribute fundraising inventory.
No Inventory to Store
Organizations do not need garages, classrooms or clubhouses filled with fundraising products waiting to be delivered.
Online Ordering
Supporters can use the organization’s fundraising link to place their orders online.
Direct Fulfillment
The organization does not need to collect and distribute individual product orders.
No Traditional Door-to-Door Selling
Parents, members and supporters can share the fundraiser with their own networks instead of relying solely on children going door to door.
Potential for Repeat Support
When qualifying supporters purchase again, the organization may continue to earn under LiveGood’s current fundraising terms.
That recurring element is one of the biggest differences between LiveGood Fundraising and many traditional one-time fundraising campaigns.

How to Use the Calculator for Your Organization
Don’t begin by putting unrealistic numbers into the calculator.
Start with what your organization genuinely believes it could achieve.
Step 1: Estimate Your Reach
How many people could realistically receive your fundraising message?
Perhaps your organization has:
- 40 families
- 75 club members
- 150 students
- 300 supporters
Then estimate how many may actually order.
Step 2: Estimate an Average Order
Use a conservative figure rather than choosing the maximum possible purchase.
Step 3: Estimate Repeat Customers
Not everyone who orders once will necessarily order again.
Try several scenarios such as:
10% recurring
25% recurring
50% recurring
This gives your fundraising committee a range rather than one optimistic prediction.
Step 4: Compare the Results
Look at both the initial fundraising amount and the potential recurring component.
The purpose isn’t to promise a specific result.
The purpose is to help your organization understand how the fundraising model works.
LiveGood Fundraising Calculator FAQ
How much does a LiveGood fundraiser pay?
Current public LiveGood Fundraising information describes 20% on qualifying first orders and 5% to 10% on qualifying recurring orders, subject to the program’s current terms.
Actual fundraising income depends on participation and purchasing activity.
Is the calculator a guarantee of earnings?
No.
The calculator provides illustrative estimates based on numbers entered by the visitor.
It cannot predict how many people will purchase, how much they will spend or whether they will reorder.
Does LiveGood Fundraising have recurring income?
The program is designed so qualifying future purchases from previously referred customers can generate additional fundraising commissions.
That creates the possibility of recurring fundraising income rather than only receiving income from the initial campaign.
Is LiveGood Fundraising free to start?
Current LiveGood Fundraising information states that qualifying organizations can register for the fundraising program without an initial program fee.
Always check the latest official registration terms before enrolling.
Do organizations need to carry inventory?
The fundraising model uses online ordering and direct product fulfillment, so participating organizations do not need to maintain traditional fundraising inventory.
Who could benefit from using the calculator?
The calculator can help:
- School fundraising committees
- PTA and PTO leaders
- Coaches
- Booster clubs
- Churches
- Nonprofit directors

Calculate Your Own Fundraising Scenario
Every organization is different.
A small youth club may have 30 highly engaged families.
A school may have hundreds.
A nonprofit may reach thousands of supporters online.
That’s why a single fundraising projection doesn’t make sense for everyone.
Use the LiveGood Fundraiser Calculator above to enter realistic numbers for your organization.
Try a conservative scenario first.
Then test what could happen if more supporters participate or if a portion continue ordering over time.
